SyncWork is a software platform operated by Syncs Digital Inc., 4369 Osler St, Vancouver, BC V6H 2X6, Canada. We send text messages from +1 888-681-1618 only to people who give us their mobile number and ask to receive them. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
There are two places in SyncWork where you can give us your mobile number. Each shows the disclosure below before any message is sent. We never add numbers from purchased or shared lists.
In Preferences → Notifications, you enter your mobile number in the SMS Phone Number field and then turn on the SMS switch for each notification category you want by text. Nothing is sent by text until you do both. The screen shows:
By saving a mobile number and turning on SMS for a category, you agree to receive automated text messages from SyncWork (Syncs Digital Inc.) at that number: verification codes, account and security notifications, and support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
When a document requires a one-time code before signing, the signer types their own mobile number and presses Send code. One message is sent per request. The dialog shows:
SyncWork will text a one-time code to this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages from SyncWork; we send one confirmation and nothing after it. You can also turn off the SMS switches in Preferences → Notifications. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP, email contact@syncwork.space, or call +1 888-681-1618 for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Privacy Policy, section 4.6 · Terms of Service, section 4.4
